Not only has he proudly served this nation as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps working as a military attorney, but he is an accomplished civilian attorney who has successfully advocated for military members in military matters as well as military members and military members' spouses in divorce matters. In addition, he has handled hundreds of family law matters ranging from divorces and paternity actions to domestic violence and child support matters. Mr. Green embraces challenges and he passionately advocates for Claery & Green's clients. Mr. Green has appeared across the nation in various states at a great deal of federal security clearance hearings. Moreover, he has worked on security clearance appeals and helped individuals prepare security clearance paperwork. He is truly one of the nation's most valuable security clearance advocates. His comprehensive educational foundation is incomparable. Mr. Green earned an advanced legal degree, an LLM in Taxation, from the esteemed University of Missouri-Kansas City and has drafted hundreds of wills while practicing as a military attorney. He also received a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Kansas. Mr. Green attended University of Kansas' prestigious law school. During law school he was active and took advantage of the school's numerous opportunities. He is admitted to the United States' Federal Court and an active member of the State Bar of California and has historically been active in both Kansas and Washington. Mr. Green is also a member of both Los Angeles County and San Diego County BAR Associations. Attorney Green is married and has three children.
