Jesse James Child Custody Battle Gets Uglier

Jesse James is in the middle of a custody battle with his ex-wife Janine Lindemulder that is getting uglier by the day. The star of "Monster Garage" had requested to have the child custody hearing moved to Texas.

Instead, Orange County Superior Court Judge David Belz suggested that James use a Texas-based counselor that has previously worked with the family. 6-year-old sunny currently lives with James in Texas. Lindemulder claims to live in Costa Mesa but has tried to visit her daughter several times in Texas but was turned away, supposedly due to violating a court order. She now plans on splitting her time between Costa Mesa and Oregon where she some family members reside.

One concern that Judge Belz has in this case is "difficulty in communication." He goes on to say that "one parent shouldn't be doing anything to restrict communication and contact". If he finds that to be the case, Belz will refuse to go ahead with the custody battle until it has been resolved.
