Donnie Wahlberg's Divorce is Final

In Los Angeles, it has been reported that former New Kids on the Block singer, Donnie Wahlberg, has finalized his divorce.

According to court records obtained in Simi Valley, the singer turned actor and his wife of nearly 9 years finalized their divorce on September 28, 2010. 

It is reported that each party filed for divorce on the same day in August 2008 and then proceeded to reach an out-of-court settlement for their divorce.  The proceedings were handled at a Ventura County courthouse northwest of downtown L.A.

The couple shares two sons and was married in 1999. Back in early 2008, they were separated.
