"Heart" Rock Legend Nancy Wilson and Prominent Director Cameron Crowe End Marriage

The Associated Press says that the marriage between Legendary Rocker-- singer/songwriter/guitarist - Nancy Wilson of Heart and well-known Director Cameron Crowe has come to an end.
The lead guitarist for the rock band which has ruled the radio airwaves for more than four decades- Heart- recently filed for divorce from the writer-director. The couple had been married for 20 years.
Crowe is best known for directing hits like "Singles," "Jerry Maguire" and writing the screenplay for "Almost Famous". Nancy Wilson sang lead for many of Heart's top ten Billboard hits such as "There's the Girl," "Will You be there in the Morning," "Stranded" and the Billboard number one single "These Dreams." Wilson has also performed as a solo artist as well as a member of "The Lovemongers" with her sister, Ann Wilson, also of Heart. The group continues to produce hit music and sell out concert venues.
In her divorce petition, Nancy Wilson cited irreconcilable differences. She filed
dissolution of marriage paperwork on September 16th. The court documents state that the two had separated in 2008 (their "Date of Separation".)
The pair was married back in 1986 and have twin 10 year old sons together. It has been reported that Nancy Wilson will seek joint child custody.
