Candi Spelling Obtains Restraining Order
Multiple news sources have confirmed that Candy Spelling, mother of celebrity Tor Spelling, has been awarded an order of protection. Reports indicate that Spelling's attorney filed for a restraining order in Los Angeles County Superior Court. In the papers, it is alleged that Diyahmi Farrakhan Muhammad had been caught trespassing on Spelling's Holmby Hills estate at least nine times throughout recent months.
Most recently, the 38-year-old was found on the grounds on Tuesday and was taken into police custody. Since then, he has been placed on psychiatric hold said news site, TMZ.
In the legal paperwork that was filed, Spelling says that Muhammad, "delusionally believes he personally knows and communicates with the Spellings." She also said that the late Aaron Spelling contacted him "through the television" and invited him to live at the Beverly Hills estate.
Now, Muhammad has been ordered to stay at least 91 meters from Spelling and her mansion.
