Woman Asserts that Michael Jackson is Her Father

News sources say that a woman who claims she is the daughter of singer Michael Jackson is asking a Los Angeles court to reconsider her paternity case after a DNA testing request was denied last week.

Mocienne Petit Jackson has alleged that she is the daughter of Michael Jackson and Dr. Barbara Ross-Lee, Diana Ross' sister.  She says Michael had a fling with her mother in 1975.

At this time, Petit Jackson resides in the Netherlands.  Not too long ago, she presented a paternity case and application for custody of Michael Jackson's children as well as a portion of his estate.  In July, her requests were dismissed by Los Angeles County Superior Court.

Her mother has denied her daughter's paternity claims and said that she never even met Michael Jackson.
