Assets Finally Divided in High Profile Divorce Case

One power player in Hollywood has finally completed his divorce settlement, but lost several items in the process.

The owner of a popular baseball team in Los Angeles was forced to give up his claim to the team after months of battling for ownership in bankruptcy court. Just two days after that blow, he agreed to give up all of his properties in Los Angeles as well. The four properties – two in Malibu and two in Holmby Hills – will be given to his wife. In addition, she will get to keep the house in Vail as well. He did not walk away empty-handed, however, as he did get to keep two properties in Massachusetts.

It is uncertain whether he will actually make the move to the East Coast where he is originally from. He has been living out of a hotel in Los Angeles for the past few months in an attempt to keep the baseball team in his name.
