Prenup Costs Football Player during Divorce
Another celebrity divorce made news this week and the former professional football player involved may be struck hard financially based on the terms of his
prenuptial agreement.
One of the stipulations of the agreement was that whatever the size of the house that he lives in with his wife, he will need to purchase a home of at least half the value of their current home. Since their house in Texas is worth an estimated $21 million, the former football player will have to shell out some serious bucks to keep his part of the prenup agreement.
It is unknown what the other stipulations of the prenuptial agreement are. It is known that the player has three children with his wife. He will need to pay
child support as well as
spousal support/alimony to his soon-to-be ex-wife.
