I’m unsure how to start this because the last three years have been the most mentally, physically, spiritually, and emotionally draining years that I have lived. At one point, I felt like giving up and walking away. I gave it one last shot and found this firm. I had been with a previous firm who scammed me for my money, so I was skeptical at first. I had my initial interview where the truth was said and no promises were made. From the staff, they were honest and didn’t hold back. They let me know that it won’t be easy, but they will fight and they will guide, but there’s no point in doing that if I was unwilling to do my part as a parent. Stephen Nagy and Ilse Williamson are a team like no other. Here we are today with my goal achieved and my child next to me. Be patient and listen to your legal team because these two guided me through the ropes and didn’t let me give up on myself. I wish I could do more than say thank you to everyone because they gave me hope, and if it wasn’t for them, I would have given up myself. The truth will set you free, so if you know the truth, stick to it, and it will come out eventually. Thank you once again!

Want to start off with a big thank you to all who handled my adoption as well as guardianship of a person and state. My case was a long case not because the attorneys or lawyers made it long but because my case was prolonged due to my bank not having enough experience on how to handle my now daughter's life insurance and I had too many court orders from the judge. Ultimately I changed banks and it was fast and easy. However, Covid hit; my adoption somehow got a bit delayed and I also needed some documentation that was a bit hard to get but once I got that document it was fast and I always had peace of mind knowing Charlene was there to answer and help with any questions or concerns I might have. I had my federal security clearance taken away from me and found myself rushing to find a good attorney to help with the process of appealing and reinstatement. I struggled with finding an attorney who would not only represent me on time (many were saying they would have to file an extension as they couldn't get to my file in time to represent me) but also provide the experience needed to beat this case. My security manager at work told me of the small chance I had at winning the appeal as my case was a bit extreme and appeals are a little difficult to come by but Mr. Frederic Nicola never wavered.
