Senior Managing Attorney Timothy P. McArdle has handled trials, hearings, depositions, and emergency hearings throughout Southern California and Maryland for nearly a decade. Attorney McArdle is well known in the Greater Los Angeles Area legal community as an aggressive litigator, and a “skilled trial attorney.” He has hundreds of court events, including multi day trials, under his belt and as a result has evolved into the stellar advocate that he is. Prior, he worked in litigation at a premier Rockville, Maryland civil litigation law firm, worked at the Office of the State's Attorney for Baltimore City, clerked at a prominent Washington D.C. Metro Area family law firm, developed case theories and performed investigation for criminal cases in Washington D.C., and analyzed statutes and case law concerning disability and discrimination claims under the ADA, Title VII, and the DCHRA. McArdle was a Judicial Intern at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Office of Hearings and Appeals as well as an advocate at the Office of the Tenant Advocate, Government of the District of Columbia.
Senior Managing Attorney McArdle's educational background includes attending The Catholic University of America’s world renown Columbus School of Law where he participated in the "Catholic University Law Review,” and prior to that he graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in the Field Of Government and Politics.
